Our services is categorized into three main stages as below:
- Conceptual,
- Front-End-Engineering-Design (so-called basic engineering), and
- Detail engineering.
Conceptual design covers the process philosophy and Client urges and requirements from the take-off (start point) to the delivery (final) point of the conveying system based on environmental site conditions, hazard key-plan, plot plan and arrangement of conveying routes, and last but not least the throughput capacity of the system considering the annual work-hours.
F.E.E.D stage covers main and prominent documents such as PFD, P&ID, Control Philosophy, Process description, equipment and instrument datasheets, etc. Through this phase, the Material Requisition (MRQ) documents and main equipment datasheets will be provided that are necessities for the upcoming stages to procure the equipment and instrument devices.
Detail engineering stages will be commenced afterward. During this stage, the purchasing engineering starts and leads to the procurement. The vendors of the equipment and instruments will be consolidated and the purchasing stages will be finalized. Consequently, the engineering documents will be matured according to the latest updated purchasing data. As a result, detailed documents will be provided for the other engineering and construction disciplines e.g. piping isometrics, 3D modeling, hook-up diagrams, general arrangement diagrams, wiring diagrams, motor datasheets, JB arrangement diagrams, control logic diagrams, etc.
With an in-house engineering documents management system portal, our company also takes care of project life-cycle engineering as an important part of project management, especially for EPC projects.
